Physical Posters
Since posters are printed to order, PURE FSHN does not accept returns or exchanges for a change of mind
Defective or Damaged Items
An exchange is only possible in the case of physical posters that arrive damaged, contain printing errors, or have other manufacturing defects. This exchange policy does not apply to digital products
Resolution Process
In the event of a defect with a physical product, please contact PURE FSHN to arrange a replacement. Providing the order number and photos of the issue is required for the request to be processed:
